Barton Malow has a long history of building hospitals, but the firm’s focus on children’s hospitals is an example of how it can impact the community in ways that extend beyond the structure.

With a mission to “help build our people, projects, and communities through charitable giving and volunteerism,” the Barton Malow Foundation reflects the organization’s devotion to community service and improving lives in several ways.

Located on the Marygrove Conservancy campus in Northwest Detroit and opened in 2021, the Early Education Center was built to fulfill Marygrove’s cradle-to-career educational vision.

Nearly a decade after its inception, the effect of Community Week can be felt around the country.
